  • Communication Data: Messages, support requests, and correspondence you send to us or to organisations through our platforms.

  • Provide and maintain our loyalty platform services
  • Process transactions, manage points, stamps, and balances
  • Send service notifications and push notifications (with your consent)
  • Enable communication between you and organisations you engage with

  • Generate invoices and manage subscriptions for business customers

4. Data Sharing

We share your data only in the following circumstances:

  • With Organisations: When you subscribe to an organisation's loyalty programme, they can see relevant contact and loyalty information you have chosen to share (controlled via your privacy settings).
  • Service Providers: We use third-party services for SMS delivery (Twilio), email delivery, payment processing, push notifications (Firebase), and map/location services (OpenStreetMap).
  • Legal Requirements: Where required by law, regulation, or legal proceedings.

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Privacy Controls

Through our mobile app, you can control what information each organisation can see about you, including your email, phone number, date of birth, and address. You can update these privacy settings at any time per organisation.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

7. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption, secure authentication (JWT), and access controls. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).

8. Camera Permission (QR Code Scanning Only)

The application requests access to the device camera exclusively for QR code scanning functionality. No visual data, including images or videos, is recorded, stored, processed, or transmitted to any server. Camera access is only activated upon user action and is limited strictly to scanning QR codes required for application features. This permission is used in full compliance with applicable privacy and data protection regulations.

Under data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data
  • Data portability
